Brief
Install a custom designed swim lane pool within pool house complex. It was important to the clients to be able to swim 12 months of the year in water temperature 28-30 degrees. Site has high water table.
Scope
Dewatering of the site was required for this build as water table sat at just over 1 mtr deep. Resource consent required.
Pool Features
- Pool Size: 12mtrs x 3mtrs.
- Depth: 1.1 mtr at entry transitioning to 1.4 mtrs along length of pool.
- External entry steps.
Heating
Installation of Heliocol Solar Glazed Flare Panels with the addition of a Heat Pump to boost through colder months
Cover & Cover Pit
Thermal blanket with concealed cover pit and motor assisted reel.
Water Treatment System
Ozone treatment with Aquagenie skimmer.
Pool house to be completed over the next couple of months and then swimming pool completion.
